Happy Monday! Hope everyone’s week is off to a good start. Today I wanted to share some Easter treats that are quick & easy to make and perfect for sharing. These are cute for school parties. I think they work great as Easter basket fillers for little ones who aren’t quite big enough for candy yet too These Annie’s Homegrown Brand Cheddar Bunnies(similar to goldfish crackers) are a big hit around my house and pretty much a staple of my toddler’s diet, so I thought they would be perfect for this little Easter “Carrot”.
Here’s what you’ll need:
2 Boxes of Annie’s Homegrown Brand Cheddar Bunnies
Wired Yarn or Ribbon (I just happened to find this whimsical wired yarn at Michaels.)
Fill each of the cellophane bags about half full of cheddar bunny crackers. Press the center of one half sheet of green tissue paper into the bag until it touches the crackers. Wrap the wired yarn or ribbon around the tissue paper and cellophane and twist. Print the free tags and carefully cut each leaf shaped tag out. Print your name under the “from:” and add them to the yarn or ribbon (you might have to use an additional piece to attach them.)
And voila. Super simple, yummy and cute!
